Market allows you to transfer product and order data to the platform and use it in customer communications. Data can be transferred automatically via API or a product feed, or manually by uploading a file.

The imported data can be used for the following purposes:

• inserting order details into message templates;
• triggering events based on order status changes;
• segmenting customers based on purchase data.
